DMA provides both project mangagement and evaluation support to Wellpoint Care Network's CCBHC-PDI grant funded by SAMHSA. DMA supported the provider in drafting an attestation document, a sustainability plan, tracking Quality Measures, and currently analyzes project data. DMA also prepares progress reports detailing achievements, barriers, efforts to overcome barriers, implementation challenges, and Quality Improvement efforts.

The CCBHC is expanding its services to treat individuals with co-occurring disorders, enhance screening and intervention services to decrease levels of suicide in adolescents and adults, and developing care coordiantion services to assure safe, appropriate and effective care transitions.
