DMA wrote the proposal and served as the evaluation advisor for Vinfen's Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) grant funded by SAMHSA. DMA was also the project manager for the three-year grant. DMA analyzed social determinants of health data, summarized findings, and wrote annual and final SAMHSA reports.
