Vermont Community Nurse Program Assessment

DMA supported The Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL) Adult Services Division in assessing community nurse programs in Vermont and developed a report of findings and recommendations. The assessment included research to identify unique roles, funding mechanisms, and the impact of community nurse programs. DMA also evaluated the feasibility of state-funded expansion versus a local funding model for this unique and growing care model.

Evaluation of Paid Internship Experience

DMA completed two significant program evaluations in partnership with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:  one for the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the other for the MA Department of Public Health's Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) on their respective Paid Internship Experience (PIE) workforce development initiatives.  Our work included survey design, qualitative interviews, focus groups, and tracking key metrics.

Health New England

DMA assisted Health New England to develop a strategy for managing their behavioral health benefits. The DMA team facilitated a planning meeting with senior leadership to review market trends, identify current core strengths and articulate a common vision for the future. We developed strategic recommendations for management decision-making.
