DMA designed and conducted a process evaluation of the MWHF funded Southeast Framingham Initiative, Voices of the Community (VtC). VtC used a community engagement framework to engage residents and stakeholders of Southeast Framingham in collective impact work around community health and well-being. DMA attended and observed leadership team and community meetings, reviewed project material, and conducted key informant interviews and a comprehensive review of the collective impact literature. Through discussions, observations, and with support from the collective impact literature, DMA identified factors that contributed to related success and challenges, and the approaches used to overcome them.
