DMA served as the Evaluation Advisors for Aspire's CCBHC SAMHSA grant. DMA also provided project management services to assist with the implementation of the CCBHC model. During the grant period, Aspire transformed its service delivery model in accordance with CCBHC guidelines. This included: demonstrating full compliance and receiving approval of its CCBHC Attestation requirements, establishing, expanding, and refining its Open Access service model in coordination with its SAMHSA-funded Community Mental Health Centers (CMHC) grant, and launching and implementing one of the Commonwealth’s 27 new Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) as part of statewide behavioral health redesign.
