DMA assisted The Department of Mental Health to draft a proposal for a SAMHSA COVID emergency grant, and served on the Management Team and as the evaluator for the project. DMA trained seven subcontracted Emergency Service Programs to complete a clinical interview and monitored and analyzed data documenting the needs and demographics for over 7,000 unduplicated clients. In addition, DMA interviewed subcontracted grantees to document lessons learned.
